Adjustable Clevis Hangers (WCH Series)

Versatile hanger, suitable for any application involving suspension of stationary piping. 'Yoke+U-Strap' design permits substantial vertical level adjustment of pipe after installation. Our range includes special intermediate sizes, designed to closely fit any insulated pipe OD. MSS-SP58 Type 1. UL, ULC listed for sizes 1" to 8".

Sprinkler Pipe Hangers (WPCS Series)

Complete with knurled swivel nut, for labour saving and convenience. Electrogalvanized post manufacture. Lips dimpled at bends for added strength. MSS-SP58 Type 10. UL, ULC listed for sizes 3/4" to 8".

Split Clamps (WSC Series)

Split-ring type steel pipe clamps with integral fixing nuts. Designed with a number of features to enhance product performance and reliability. All sizes have extended thread lengths on the lips to ensure a safe installation. Sizes 6" and above feature welded side-nuts while all other sizes have collared tapped holes. Both straps are ribbed for greater strength.

Riser Clamps (WVC Series)

Ideal solution for providing rigid supports or guides for all types of vertical piping. Rugged design ensures stability under large lateral loads. Our range includes special intermediate sizes, designed to closely fit any insulated pipe OD.MSS-SP58 Type 8.

Adjustable Roller Hanger (WRLH)

Designed to facilitate axial movement of suspended pipes caused by thermal expansion / contraction or mechanical shifting. Yoke design permits vertical level adjustment. Rollers are manufactured from solid steel…a WEICCO innovation, for higher load bearing capacity and smoother operation than conventional hollow cast iron rollers. supplied fully galvanised as standard. MSS-SP58 Type 43.

Material Options: Supports are manufactured from low carbon steel as standard. Most types are also available in SS304 / SS316 construction.

EPDM Lining: The lining fitted on WEICCO hangers and supports is made exclusively from high grade EPDM. Temperature tolerance from -20oC to 110oC.

Rubber Support Inserts (RSI)

A WEICCO innovation. The concept of using high density molded rubber inserts was pioneered by us. Key advantages over wood or foamed products are :

• » Dimensional accuracy, since each piece is machine molded.
• » 'Tongue & Groove' locking arrangement saves labor and eliminates any possibility of air gaps or relative shift between insert halves.
• » Resistant to moisture, termites and distortion with age.
• » Additional metal shield for load distribution is not required, as it is with foamed products.
• » Also act as noise break for high frequencies transmitted through piping.
• » RSI is an eco-friendly product. Eliminates need for felling trees just to make pipe support rings.

WEICCO RSI are fully tested and guaranteed for minimal distortion under large pipe loads.

Available for pipe sizes up to 750mm and all insulation thicknesses up to 75mm.

Pipe Covering Protection Saddle (PCPS)

For protection of insulation of hot pipes against crushing due to concentrated load at location of pipe supports. Saddle sits directly against pipe, through insulation. Top edges are notched, to minimize contact surface area with pipe. Available with high load bearing fabric reinforced rubber caps to allow usage with cold water or non-ferrous pipe. MSS-SP58 Type 39.

Insulation Protection Shield (IPS)

For protection of pipe insulation against crushing due to concentrated load at location of pipe supports. Recommended where inserts used at support points have low load capacity - such as foamed products, high density insulation, calcium silicate etc. - and when pipe is supported on rollers. Provided with flared ends and centering holes. MSS-SP58 Type 40.
